These are fantastic opportunities to collaborate with your fellow students.
I feel like I go through a cycle: I finish a shoot, and it’s like, ‘Oh, wow! I learned so much on that one; I’m gonna be so prepared for the next one.’ Then I go into the next shoot, and I feel like I know a little something about directing, and then there’s some new challenge you couldn’t have anticipated. But you learn from it. And every single time, it’s this cycle where you learn something new, and you grow because you’re out there doing it.
