Military & Veterans Education Payments

Learn more about military and veteran benefits payments for undergraduate and graduate students. Timely registration is important to ensure prompt certification of your enrollment.

Information about qualifying pay rate and payment dates is available only through direct contact between the student and the Department of Veterans Affairs. Visit the VA’s Rate Tables, or call 1-888-442-4551 for payment information.

Recipients of Chapter 30, Chapter 33 (including the Edith Nourse Rogers STEM Scholarship), and Chapter 1606 benefits must verify their attendance monthly with the VA to receive their payments.

*Please note that payments (except Chapter 31 and Chapter 33) are sent directly to the student. Payments are sent to students after the month. For example, February’s benefits will be received in March and March’s benefits will be received in April.
